You will drive XEI’s growth project by connecting with the DeFi projects, infrastructures, and ecosystems across web2 & web3.
Be part of a fast, dynamic team with the most advanced AI products ready to use and be the one to shape and lead XEI into the next stage of innovation and growth.
✅You will have the opportunity to (Responsibilities):
– Develop well-constructed growth strategies and development plans to ensure continuous growth of XEI
– Generate lead and close partnerships with web2 & web3 projects/companies/firms/agencies/individuals, infrastructures, and AI entities relevant to XEI’s growth, mission, and vision
– Develop, refine, and optimize partnerships & sales operations process
– Develop & maintain relationships with influencers, KOLs, and project partnerships
– Represent XEI at conferences, keynotes, podcasts, AMAs etc. to amplify XEI’s branding
– Work cross-functionally with the internal teams (Operations, Product & Design, Engineering) to deliver value to partnered projects.
✅We would love you to have (Requirements):
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
– Web3 DeFI – AI industry experience in Corp Dev, BD/Partnerships, Strategy roles OR previous sales role selling to decision-makers across top DeFi projects. A ready pipeline of customers looking to embrace the jump to web3 is a strong plus
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and market positioning
– Committed self-starter with high levels of initiative and ownership with the ability to operate in a highly ambiguous, metrics-driven environment
– Passionate about blockchain technology and AI. Previous work in web3, AI, and infrastructure has strong pluses
– Familiarity with CRM processes & tools, sales operations, and meticulous documentation. The ability to demonstrate previous sales results is a big plus.

Position: KOL Manager (DeFi, AI, Web3)

In this role, you will drive XEI’s growth by connecting with key projects, hand-picked influencers, DAOs, and community owners.
✅ Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end seller influencer projects.
- Develop and execute the identification, screening, and management process for seller influencers.
- Research and identify key seller influencers and other relevant online media presences for various seller education initiatives.
- Create customized activations, events, and projects that align with the current goals and priorities of Seller Operations.
- Monitor key performance metrics of seller influencer activities and assist in preparing materials for reporting.
- Coordinate and develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in the seller influencer projects.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and areas for development.
✅ Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience
- Prior working experience in DeFi startups or the crypto industry will be a bonus.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills (text,voice)
- Strong project management and execution abilities.
- Creative and proactive in identifying content trends and proposing executions.
- Good and reliable team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
- Previous work in Web3, AI, and infrastructure is a strong plus.
